To make this project a truly user friendly experience I utilized this methodology to guide my process and thinking.

The initial research for this concept came in the form of user interviews, personas & problem statements based on those interviews and a list of features and functions that I wanted to incorporate into the product.

After the interviews I added my learnings to an empathy map and then to a journey map to begin the process of defining the problem.

With the value proposition defined it was time to start brainstorming the ideal user experience and practical solutions.
